need help on installing talend jobserver patch Patch20211216_TPS-5043_JSv1-7.2.1

new for talend installation and upgrades, Following document provided by talend support to work on installation of this patch . but having some confusion and not getting clarity on steps to follow. IF someone has done this already please guide me on this with simple steps process.

worked with support to install patch. but we havent removed all mentioned jar files , few of jar files are still in Lib directory. will it impact negatively on software process ?

Also after installing patch , all of my job execution log is shows following msg

"Picked up JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS: -Dlog4j2.formatMsgNoLookups=true"

It is expected or something needs to change ?
