Hello,

It's been few day, i install TOS for a new project and I have a big issu on Salesforce component.

I'm on TOS 7.3.1 with JAVA jdk-17.0.2 on my machine.

After a few hour of use, i have to symptom on Salesforce component :

On save the metadata every time
When i reopen an job with Salesforce component, i can't do it :

I spend a lot of time on this forum and google withtout sucess so I try to ask you a good solution !

Hello,

So far, JDK 17 is not list in the compatible java environments table, please use oracle JDK 1.8 or oracle JDK 11 instead to see if it works.

Thanks you for your answer. It's seems to solve immediatly the problems. I always have an issu on java, i don't why but it's complicated 😄

I will work all days long and i hope i can.

I've just been speaking to R&D (I wasn't aware that @Xiaodi Shi had answered this in the meantime). I just wanted to confirm that they suggested that this was likely the issue.

The reason for the complications here are due to dependencies upon many other third party sources (in this case, it looks like it *might* be the Jars used for Salesforce ....not confirmed). We need to build to support a JDK version that is supported by everything being used. JDK 11 is supported for Talend v8 as well.
