Strange characters in Talend Open Studio

Hi all,

I am new to Talend and want to give it a try.

When I open the Talend Open Studio I see that some parts of the interface show weird characters.

Does anybody know how I can fix this? I have attached a screenshot..

Hello

It looks weird, please provide the following information for us to be more better evaluate the issue:

- Operating System (such as Windows 10, 64 bit)

- Java version (such as Oracle JDK build 1.8.0_201)

- Studio installation path

Windows 10, 64-bit

Java 8 Update 321 & SE Development KIt 17.0.2 (64-bit)

C:\Program Files (x86)\TOS_DI-8.0.1\studio\TOS_DI-win-x86_64.exe

Hi @Baran Demir TOS 8.0.1 requires Java version 11, please refer to the compatible Java environment page. In addition, I would suggest you to install TOS in a short path without blank space.

Hi @Shicong Hong ,

I was able to fix it. There seemed to be an issue with the windows 11 font. It was solved after changing the font back to its default value. Thank you for your help.

Hi @Baran Demir , please be aware that Windows 11 is not a compatible Operating System for version 8.0.1,
