Unexpected error, contact your administrator TAC

Hi,
We have a big problem with one of our main job,
The status of last run shows :'Unknown'
The descrption shows Unexpected error, contact your administrator
Nothing on the log

and i can't do any action on the job regenarate deploy run i got the following error when i try:
The request action cannot be carried out because the execution task is still processing.
I tried to restart talend services but still not working the same issue the Job.

Hi,
What's the build version you are using? Could you please check if there is any more error message in TAC error log( <ServersInstallationPath>\apache-tomcat-XXX\logs)?

The version shown on TAC is 5.5.1

i couldnt find anymore error messages on the logs, concerning this issue on /var/log/apache2 log file
and nothing also on /var/log/Tomcat7

I tried to regenerate/deploy other jobs and it works,
Seems to be the only job that cannot be killed/stopped or regenerate/deployed
or even runned.
