Hello

Make sure the network is available for downloading the jars automatically. The jar is located in <Studio installation directory>\configuration\.m2\repository\org\talend\components\talendcsv\1.0.0.

If you need to configure a proxy in network, go to Window-->Preferences-->General-->Network Connections, and add the proxy.

In case if not able to connect with network, please download manually jar file & import it by clicking on action icon
