    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Qlik Talend Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed &lt;STRONG&gt;Qlik Talend 8.0.1&lt;/STRONG&gt; on a &lt;STRONG&gt;Windows environment&lt;/STRONG&gt;. The installation completed successfully, and I can see that the &lt;STRONG&gt;Talend Administration Center (TAC) 8.0.1 services&lt;/STRONG&gt; are running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the &lt;STRONG&gt;repository database&lt;/STRONG&gt;, I am using &lt;STRONG&gt;Oracle 19c&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and I have downloaded the &lt;STRONG&gt;ojdbc10.jar&lt;/STRONG&gt; driver. All prerequisites, including &lt;STRONG&gt;Zulu OpenJRE 17&lt;/STRONG&gt;, have been met.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when accessing TAC via the following URL:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":backhand_index_pointing_right:"&gt;👉&lt;/span&gt; http://&amp;lt;server-ip&amp;gt;:8080/org.talend.administrator/&lt;BR /&gt;I receive the following error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Error:&lt;/STRONG&gt; 500 – The call failed on the server. See server log for details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Puru_1-1761896465881.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/184605i7C0691D38E6D372E/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Puru_1-1761896465881.png" alt="Puru_1-1761896465881.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upon investigation, I found that the catalina.log only captures the initial startup logs and does not include details for the 500 error. The only related entry appears in the &lt;STRONG&gt;localhost_access_log.2025-10-30.txt&lt;/STRONG&gt; file:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;xx.xxx.xxx.xxx - - [30/Oct/2025:21:52:07 +0800] "POST /org.talend.administrator/administrator/login HTTP/1.1" 500 57&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of the available log files seem to provide detailed information or a clear root cause for the error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;catalina.2025-10-30.log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;commons-daemon.2025-10-30.log&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;localhost_access_log.2025-10-30.txt&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, I verified on the Oracle TAC Database and confirmed that &lt;STRONG&gt;the TAC tables have been successfully created&lt;/STRONG&gt;, indicating that the initial setup and database connection were at least partially successful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you please advise on how to further troubleshoot this issue or identify where I can find more detailed logs to pinpoint the root cause?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
