Unable to access Talend Data Prep & Stewardship

Greetings,

We have gotten a project of Talend and have installed & configured the entire suit at the client. [Ref: tac_ui.jpg]

However, we are unable to access Data Prep & Stewardship. [Ref: data_prep_error.jpg]

What we've done:

Use Talend Installer & custom download all the modules.
Download & config MongoDB. Created required databases in it.
Create a Data Prep & Stew user in TAC.
Open all ports.
Image attached to so properties. [Ref: data_prep_config.jpg]

The software is installed on a REHL Server (CLI Mode) & it's being accessed locally through Google.

Hello AbdullahMastan,

Thank you for reaching out to the Qlik community.

This happens due to hostname / IAM (OIDC) mismatch, not MongoDB.

To deal with this issue, you will need to use the same hostname (FQDN) everywhere (don’t mix localhost and IP):

Data Prep application.properties: set public.ip and iam.ip to the server hostname. Please refer to this document, which gives detailed information about the same.
Data Stewardship data-stewardship.properties: set frontend.url, gateway.url, oidc.url with the same hostname. Refer to this document for detailed information.
Restart IAM, Data Prep, Data Stewardship.
Access via http://<hostname>:9999 (Prep) and :19998 (Stewardship). Refer to this document, which gives more information about Ports.

Thanks for the prompt response. Could you please provide your insights on this too.

Im unable to config the job server via TAC although all of my ports are listening and precisely configured.

Error: Command Port & FileTransferPort misconfigured.
