i need to install Talend Open Studio for data integration on Windows Server 2008 R2, which version is supported? Documentation does not mention WS 2008.

Hi,

The recommended and supported versions of operating system can be referred from below link.

It might work in other flavours of Operating systems also but the product team would not have verified it. So you will have to take a call yourself about the usage of other types of operating systems for Talend.

As it runs on Java, I'd be more inclined to look at the java versions and 2008 Windows. If you can find compatibility there, your probably Ok. I hope this is to get a migration away from 2008 done
