What the talend support Windows version

i want to know windows version can use Talend because i install Talant at windows 7 32bit but can't use the program.

i think windows 7 32bit can use Talend Program because .exe file name "TOS_DI-Win32-20180411_1414-V7.0.1.exe".

i want to use Talent with

1. Windows 10 (32 and 64 bit)

2. Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit)

3. Windows XP (32 and 64 bit)
