Can't install Open Studio for Data Quality with Data explorer

Hello,

I'm using Talend Open Studio for Data Quality and i'm not able to use data explorer; it seems to not be installed. When i try to execute "view of rows", for example, it just doesn't do anything.

In the following screenshot you can see that there is no "Data Explorer" perspective option:

I'm behind a proxy, i think that the proxy configuration is fine since i could install the recommended libraries and i'm able to see the additional packages available to install.

But i can't find if the "SQL explorer" or "Chart for data quality" are installed or not, and driver folders are empty:

I don't know if it is a proxy issue or what.
Any help will be appreciated

Are you running on a Mac (macOS)?

There's a similar thread but haven't seemed to be getting any responses on it.
