Error when lanching talend MDM

I have installed talend MDM v6 and JDK 1.8 .

when i start talend i have this problem in the log file

i have create another workspace but it still the same problem

i need the solution please

JDK1.8 is not a supported version for MDM v6.0, try to degrade your JDK version to 1.6 and test it again.
