Upgrading Talend to 7.0

We are using 6.5 version of Talend BD. Are there any additional charges applied on current license in case of upgrading it to 7.x?

We are using Talend 7.2 and we want to downgrade to 7.1. Do we need to buy a new license or we can keep the same one?
