topic jxl-wizard.jar in Installing and Upgrading

Google searches for this component are being fruitless. This is one of my most frustrating parts of Talend's Free solutions is finding all the jar files to make varies things work.
Does anyone know what I am searching for to locate these packages. Is there something I am doing wrong that is cannot locate packages for download? can the free version download packages itself or does it require them to be manually installed?
Any asistance appreciated

Peter,
I agree. I am surprised at how difficult this is. Apparently it is a legal issue that Talend can not distribute their open source software with these .jar files, but links to them would be helpful.
Also, apparently the Talend software itself is supposed to locate and install them when you click on the jar icon that accompanies the Talend error message. Unfortunately, that does not work with my install.
I will keep trying to locate and install them manually, but the task is time-consuming.

We can send an email with .jar file to you. Not sure that E-mailing jar is intercepted and blocked by the email.
