There are 2 kinds of scenarios where this can happen:</P> <UL> <LI>Downloading additional packages from Help &gt;&gt; Install Additional Packages &gt;&gt; Optional third-party libraries.</LI> <LI>When prompted to install packages for a certain component, I clicked Download and install all modules available.<BR />e.g.<BR /><SPAN class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="talend_additional_modules.JPG" style="width: 999px;"><span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper" image-alt="0683p000009M1lZ.jpg"><img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/143805i6F5C04E44E0B1041/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;px=999" role="button" title="0683p000009M1lZ.jpg" alt="0683p000009M1lZ.jpg" /></span></SPAN><BR />After clicking, the dialog closes.
