Compiler parameters not saved

Hello,

During installation of Talend Open Source for Data Integration studio, I tried to set the parameters and I have an Issue :

System Informations :

Win 10 PRO up-to-date

OPENJDK11 Zulu

JAVA HOME well set

When launching my Studio, I move to Preferences / Java / Compiler I set the Compiler Compliance Level to 11, after I

move to Preferences / Java / Installed JREs and I set It to Open JDK 11 Zulu with Default value.

After that, I click on Apply and Close, I restart my Studio but when I Open It again, the

Compiler Compliance Level is back to 1.8.

Any idea about this issue?

Hello @Johann Thebault ,

In the studio project settings, the default Java Compiler Compliance Level is 1.8 as the below.

In order to be consistent with it, the Compliance Level will be setup back to 1.8 for the Preferences / Java / Compiler , that's no problem, and it won't cause any compile issues, thanks for your understanding.

The compiler compliance level always need to keep 1.8 .

Compile job with other higher levels are not fully tested and supported officially no matter for DI or Bigdata jobs.
