Stop Talend Studio from creating folder on desktop

When I start Talend Studio it creates a folder named "Talend" on my desktop. I want this folder be placed somewhere else in my home folder, yet I can't find anything in preferences to make this happen.

What's your OS? What does your talend installation path look like? Have you tried to reinstall your talend studio in your home folder to see if it is OK with you?

My OS is Windows 10.

The installation path was C:\Program Files (x86)\Talend, under that was Runtime_ESBSE and Studio, and in Studio was TOS_ESB-win-x86_64.exe.

I moved the Talend folder to C:\users\USERNAME\Program Files, but Talend studio still insists on creating a folder on my desktop.

Hello,

This issue doesn't repro from our side(window 10).

Could you please just reinstall your studio under the folder C:\Talend and restart your computer to see if it is OK with you?

Moving my installation to C:\Talend and rebooting didn't help, so I completely removed my installation, re-downloaded the Talend Studio zip file, extracted it directly to C:\Talend, and rebooted. That fixed the problem.
