While I am trying to import a job in studio (from another version, for migration)m the tool is suggesting to install a component (rest client) - to install a Rest Client ( screenshot attached), we are not able to connect to update ( blocked by org policy) can we get zip to install it from patch or repository.

Could you please attach the snapshot of Update Settings from Studio> Window> Preferences> Talend> Update Settings here?

Feel free to let us know if the solution of clicking on "Restore default values" solve your problem.
