Problem with PostgreSQL "Guess schema" : Can't Install talendcsv-1.0.0,har

When I try and run "Guess Schema" for a PostgreSQL query, I get this error, "List of modules not installed for current operation". The problem is that it won't let me install talendcsv-1.0.0.jar? (see attached picture)

Make sure your network is available for downloading the jar. You can also download it from internet and install manually it.
