Open Studio Designer Background

Is there a way to remove the “checkerboard” background in the TOS 7.1.1 designer? I go to Preferences and change the color, but that still shows a colored checkerboard pattern. I’d like to have a solid black color.

Hi Sabrina,

Attached is an image with 3 screenshots. The top screenshot is the default designer background (same on more than one machine - Windows 10) - the middle screenshot is the Preferences screen where I change the background to black, and the bottom screenshot is the result in the designer. Not mission-critical, but wondering if there is a way to change the appearance. Thanks!

I also am curious about this. In addition to this, I would like to point out issue with Talend's Dark Theme option under appearances in the preference. Here is a screenshot of what some of it looks like. You can blatantly see how I would be concerned with this theme, if the purpose is to reduce white screen. Some text is unreadable, and I searched for a few hours seeing if there were individual setting to update the appearance further to get rid of this whitespace... there is not that I could find.
