Command Line not working

I am trying to build a job using the command line. I was able to launch it using the standalone mode but when I try using the shell or server mode, it does not work. I type a command and nothing happens

I using the command below to launch the command line

./Talend-Studio-win-x86_64.exe -nosplash -application org.talend.commandline.CommandLine -consoleLog -data <my-workspace-path> startServer -p 8002

You are using Talend Enterprise subscription product, please open a ticket on Talend Support portal and provides the following information, it will help us to more easily evaluate your issue:
- Product and Version which you used (for example, Talend Data Fabric 7.3.1)
- Operating System, for example, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (64bit)
- Version of Java Platform JDK / JRE in use (for example, ORACLE JDK 1.8.0_161)
