Talend 7.3.1 installation error

Hi There,

I am installing Talend 7.3.1(Talend Data management platform) on Redhat Linux 8.0 environment and here is the error message.

I checked error using command "journalctl -xe".

"Failed at step EXEC spawning /mnt/opt/Talend-7.3.1/utils/srv_tac: Permission denied" -

The above file has all the permissions to execute but still, I received permission denied error. what could be the reason? Please share your thoughts.
