Hi,

we are getting error msg when trying to connect to connect to sql database from TAC and able to telnet the sql server using port 1433 and error msg is cannot connect to database (login failed for user).

sql database version is sql@ 2016 and TAC is 7.1.1

Have you tried to connect to MSSQL in studio or other DB client tool to confirm the username/password are right?
