Job not running

Hi, there,

I have upgraded my Talend Studio from 6.5 to 7.1. All the jobs were migrated to Talend 7.1 but the jobs are not running. They are getting error out with the following reason:

Execution failed : Job execution failed.
[Cannot run program "C:/Program Files/Java/jdk1.8.0_171/jre/bin/java.exe" (in directory "C:\Talend-Studio-20181026_1147-V7.1.1\Talend-Studio-20181026_1147-V7.1.1\workspace\.repositories\907539192\master\SALESFORCE\poms\jobs\process\Ideal_Interfaces\job_i009_sfdc_to_sap_quotationhistory_0.1\src\main\ext-resources"): CreateProcess error=267, The directory name is invalid]

Please help me in resolving it.

Hi,

how you upgrade your project?

what version of java installed?

what path for studio? (you have duplicates in folder name)

Hello,

This error is due to a limit in the path name length on Windows.

You can try to put your workspace directly "under" the root :

Workspace folder = c:\wk

for example.
