Yes, we have users install TOS on windows server 2008 R2 standard 64 bits, we are required to fix the problem if you are getting any problem on it.

Where can i find the version for 64 bits ? because, when i see the download page, i can see only the version for windows 32 bits.
Is it the TOS-All-V4.2.0RC2 for windows 32, Unix and Linux who runs on windows 64 bits ?

Yes, for 64bit platform, you have to download TOS-All-V4.2.0RC2.

I am having issues running the 64-bit version of Talend Open Studio on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit. 32-bit Talend runs ok. I get ' No Java virtual machine was found after searching the Talend installed directory. Tried adding the path to the installed JRE javaw and I still get errors but of a different nature ( a long message with exit code = 1 ).

Type two commands in commandline to check whether you set JDK and JRE correctly.
javac -version
java- version
Wait for you feedback.

You didn't set Java environment variables correctly, which leads to this error.

If true -- Java env not set correctly -- then why does the 32-bit Talend run ok?
Also, please show how to set Java env variables?

Well I have Talend Open Studio 4.0.3 64-bit running but now the 32-bit version will not run. See image for error.

The runtime for talend is working on my windows 2008 but the global variable value is not working. The same exact job works on my local windows 7. Any ideas?

I had the same issue when running trun on a windows server 64.
It appears that I somehow had the variable JAVA_OPTS is already set in the system environment variables
You should see
JAVA_OPTS = "-Dcom.sun.xml.namespace.QName.useCompatibleSerialVersionUID=1.0 -Xms32m -Xmx64m"
You can see the =1.0 that poses a problem.

The problem can be solved by executing the following command before calling trun
JAVA_OPTS =

we are in process of Installing SAP JCO
for that we need to install talend open studio for data integration
in the site we are not able to find windows server 2008 64 bit version
i had tried this location for 64 bit download https://www.talend.com/download/data-integration?qt-product_download_tabs_data_integ=1#quicktabs-product_download_tabs_data_integ then its downloading TOS_DI-Win32-r21186.exe
in Talend Enterprise Data Integration its downloading Talend-Tools-Installer-r118616-V5.5.1-installer but when i tried to install its asking license file

Hi ARIKAPUDI,
You can download talend open source studio zip file from https://www.talend.com/download?qt-download_landing=2#qt-download_landing, choosing zip file and unzipping it with 7-Zip or WinRaR not with Windows Explorer(make sure there is no extra space in your installation path).

For talend enterprise trial version please use the manual install zip file'Talend-Tools-Studio-r111943-V5.x.x.zip' instead of 'Talend-Tools-Installer-r111943-V5x.x.x-installer.zip' to see if it is working?
