Data Integration 7.1.1 License Window not Showing Up

Attempting to connect to a remote repository after installing Data Integration 7.1.1, but the only option I'm given is "local". In past versions of Talend, upon opening the launcher, a page would show up asking for the license. But, that does not show up in this version and instead goes right to the Create a Project, Import a Project, etc. Can't finds where to import a license once in the Studio, nor anyplace in the Admin Center. Running java 8 on Mac Mojave, and I know it says on some pages that Mojave is not compatible with Talend 7.1.1, but my co-worker was able to get it working with little impediments four or five months ago. I asked her how she entered the license and she said that the window popped up when she opened the client.

Solved. Turns out that I had to access a software download link from Talend's e-mail instead of browsing their site for the product.
