Studio 7.3 Error on Launch Could not resolve module: org.talend.configurator.common

Hi,

Our company just got Talend 7.3. When I try to launch the studio on Windows 10, it pops up an error saying "an error has occurred. See the log file ____".

The log file says this. Does anyone know how to fix this?

!STACK 0
org.osgi.framework.BundleException: Could not resolve module: org.talend.configurator.common [17]
Unresolved requirement: Require-Bundle: org.talend.utils

Please provide the following information for us to be more better evaluate the issue:

* Operating System (such as Windows 10, 64 bit)
* Java version (such as Oracle JDK build 1.8.0_201)
* Studio installation path

Here's what I've got

Windows 10, 64 bit

Install path is C:\Tld\Talend-Studio-20200219_1130-V7.3.1

The java I'm using is JDK 12.0.2

JDK 12.0.2 is not list on the supported table.

Please refer to this installation guide for V 7.3 :TalendHelpCenter:Compatible Java Environments
