Setting up Talend Community Edition issue

I have downloaded the community edition package from Talend website. When I open the application, I am getting the license warning message

Why do we get the license warning exceptions in the community edition. When I click "I accept" option, it does not work.

Could any one help me out on this or share the proper URL to download the talend community edition

Are you able to start your studio when skip license warning?
