Can't launch Talend Studio on Windows10

Hi,

I have applied a trial for Talend Integration Cloud.

Here are my steps to launch Talend Studio

1.downloaded Talend Studio for Cloud (all platforms) from https://integrationcloud.talend.com/#/admin

2.used 7-zip to unzip it

3.paste license file at the root of the extracted directory

4. double-click the Talend-Studio-win-x86_64.exe

But nothing happened.

Is there something wrong with my steps?

The environment is win10 and jre1.8.0_131

Nothing seems wrong at first glance. The studio needs to be able to reserve 1536MB Ram to start. Do you have that available?

Hi,

Is there any error message which is located in <Talend Studio installation path>/workspace/.metadata/.log?

Are you using oracle java 8?Is your java environment setting correct?
