Talend Open Studio 3.1.0 on FreeBSD

G'day all,
Have tried to run TOS on FreeBSD 6.4 but no welcome screen.
Any pointers to running TOS on FreeBSD, if possible, would be appreciated.
Downloaded and unzipped TOS-All-r22164-V3.1.0M1.zip.
OS: FreeBSD 6.4-PRERELEASE
Relevant FreeBSD ports installed:
gtk-2.12.11_1
linux-gtk2-2.6.10
linux_base-fc-4_13

Thought TalendOpenStudio-linux-gtk-x86 would be the closest match for FreeBSD.

Can you try a stable release like 3.0.3?
If it doesn't work, please send us the complete output, or even better make a bug report and attach the workspace/.metadata/.log file

If it doesn't work, please send us the complete output, or even better make a bug report and attach the workspace/.metadata/.log file

Tried TOS-All-r21383-V3.0.3 with the same results.
However, I then tried:
1. Installed eclipse-3.4.1 port for FreeBSD
2. Copied from /usr/local/eclipse/plugins
./org.eclipse.core.filesystem.freebsd.x86_1.2.0.v20080604-1400.jar
./org.eclipse.core.net.freebsd.x86_1.0.0.I20080521.jar
./org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.gtk.freebsd.x86_1.0.101.R34x_v20080805
./org.eclipse.swt.gtk.freebsd.x86_3.4.1.v3449c.jar
./org.eclipse.update.core.freebsd_3.2.0.v20080422.jar
to both TOS-All-r21383-V3.0.3 and TOS-All-r22164-V3.1.0M1 plugins directories
3. Launched TOS as
./TalendOpenStudio-linux-gtk-x86 -os freebsd
and got the connection screen for both TOS versions.
So far so good.

Quite old thread... but maybe taras still reading this forum.
Do you still work with Talend on FreeBSD?
How do you launch it now?
