Install Additional Packages Error Behind Corporate Firewall

Is there any additional information I can pass to our network services group regarding TOC 6.4.1 DQ proxy configuration. Network services verified I am getting out of proxy server but we are getting a 301 error back. Network Services is asking for additional details about the connection. Is there any information I can provide them?

Do you experience the issues when running the installation or when installing the components in Studio?

In case you experience this when running Talend Studio, this used to be solved by adding the following information to the ini file corresponding to your Studio:

-Dhttp.proxyHost=your host
-Dhttp.proxyPort=your port
-Dhttp.proxyUser=xxx
-http.proxyPassword=password
