What's OS version are you using? Linux? Could you please have a look at this online installation guide about:TalendHelpCenter:Compatible Operating Systems

to see if you are on a compatible platform?

In addition to that, on Linux, the XULRunner package is required to run the Studio.

Are you using oralce JDK 1.8? Could you please reinstall your studio completely to see if it works?

yeah , I am using JDK1.8 only . And the application is very slow it is taking 4 hours to open .
