TAC Installation Error : Failed: error connecting to db server: no reachable Servers

We are getting below error while installing TAC & DQ with SQL server as backend,

Error: There has been an error.

Error running /bin/sh -c "./semantic-dictionary-import.sh" :

2017-08-04T10:41:09.335-0500 Failed: error connecting to db server: no reachable

Servers

we verified that sql connection information are correct, server is able to connect sql server & required ports are open as well.

We restarted installation 3 times & everytime it get stuck on above point.

Interestingly I can see that some tables got created in DQ db but no tables created on TAC. not sure where the problem is but we got stuck at this point now.

we are using 6.4 enterprise version.

Are you using talend installer to install your TAC?

Thanks Sabrina, we got it figured out. we had older db version that talend doesn't support, we were able to get it working with correct db version supported by talend.
