TIC Licensing for Different Environments

Hello,

I would like to understand how does the concept of environments work in TIC, and how licenses apply there.

I have got 4 environments; SIT, E2E, UAT and Production, how can I create and manage all 4 environments on TIC, and how does the licensing work there?

Cloud documentation does not talk about licensing for different environments. So, could you please provide the details /other ref. document.
