      <description>Hi Frank,&lt;BR /&gt;if you just want to install locally you could extract the files and than just do a copy.&lt;BR /&gt;I think the only "special function" of the installer is creating the entry in the start menu. Additional I think it would also be possible to copy a prepared installation this way (with predefined values for JDK, Perl and so on). &lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;BR /&gt;Bye&lt;BR /&gt;Volker</description>
