Does anyone have the TOS 4.1.0 installation zip? we are having problems upgrading to later versions due to incompatibility.

I am looking for Talend Open Studio MDM 5.2.1 due to some contrains. I am not able to get it in "Other Releases" tab in the provided link.

Can you please help me to get this version TOS for MDM
