SAP JCO Connector doesnt show up with tSAPConnection

Hello I have integrated the jco connector in tos. I put the sapjco.jar file in the lib/java folder of tos and i put the sapjcorfc.dll and librfc32.dll in the system 32 folder. I set the CLASSPATH Variables as C:\JCO\sapjco.jar.
However when i open the module view of tos the SAP-Components associate as the following
Context Module
tSAPConnection: talend-sap.jar
tSAPInput: talend-sap.jar
tSAPOutput: talend-sap.jar
The JCO Connector shows up as:
Status Context Module
Unused Unknown sapjco.jar
How can I make the sapjco.jar associate with the SAP-Components (tSAPConnection, tSAPInput, tSAPOutput) ?
I have read the other Threads talking about this but I can't solve the problem.
Maybe a step for step guideline how to integrate the jco connector in talend open studio would help here.
Maybe this way i can solve the problem.
I really would appreciate the help.

Which OS? It is a 32bit or 64bit system? If 64bit, you need install the 64bit JCO jar.

I'm sorry that i haven't mentioned the OS. It is a Windows XP 32-Bit system and i'm using the 32-Bit JCO jar.

Any help?
OS is Win 7 64bit
jar file turns to unknown and unused immediately after restart
