Installation/Run Issues on Ubuntu 12.04

Hi there!

I installed Talend Open Studio - Data Integration (TOS_DI-20160704_1411-V6.2.1) in my Linux Ubuntu machine, following the instructions on this guide. But when I try to run the app, I'm getting an error:

ERROR POPUP: (pfa image)

ERROR MESSAGE: "(TOS_DI-linux-gtk-x86_64:25064): Gdk-WARNING **: The GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS environment variable is not supported in GTK3.
See the documentation for gdk_window_ensure_native() on how to get native windows."

I found a similar post here with brief instructions on how to solve the issue, which I did try to follow but with no success... not sure what I am doing wrong (or even what I am supposed to do, really).

If someone could provide some guidance, it would be much appreciated!

What is your JDK version and Ubuntu version? Please refer to the compatible platform page and check if you are on a compatible platform.

Here's what I got:

Just for sanity check - I just re-installed it, to make sure I get the latest version and when I ran the script to start TOS again it still failed and with the same error.
