Error while trying to enter TOS DI V.7.0.1 installation

Hello guys ,

I get the error below while trying to enter the installation file (TOS_DI-win-x86_64.exe) on windows 7 with jave 1.8 .

I already set the java home path as you explained in the installation guide.

can someone please tell me what else is need to be done?

Hello,

Could you please type java -version in your cmd to see if your java environment is set correctly? Is there any other java version installed (java 9, java 10) in your machine?

Could you please ensure that you add JAVA_HOME to system level environment variable?

Hi All

The problem has been solved.
The bit of the operating system needs to be the same as the JAVA version.

windows 10 (64) + Java 8 (64)
