Talend enterprise - how many instances can be setup

Hi,

Considering Talend Enterprise license in mind –

1. Can we install instance of Talend Enterprise for Dev, Quality, Pre-Prod and Production system.

2. Will the licensing be separately charged for each instance or will it be covered under the one main Talend Enterprise that we had bought up?
