Talend Remote Engine / Exceptions

Hello, I'm currently trying to run Talend Remote Engine on windows machine but I'm having a bit of troubles.

I've tried both, the installer and the zip versions of the TRE.

Once started(the engine), I'm pairing it with Talend cloud and everything is going well, exactly as in the documentation.

Then I try to execute a job from the cloud. Here is where the trouble begins. Sometimes, it executes a job successfully, sometimes it doesn't.

I've checked the logs located in {container}/data/log/ and I found several exceptions, most commonly -

I have also encountered the same issue . I have installed V7.2.1 Talend Remote engine on Our Azure VPC and able to pair successfully with Talend Ipass. But when I check the log files there is an error message logging in every time interval .

java.io.IOException: Failed to perform GET on: https://log.us-west.cloud.talend.com:443 Reason: Read timed out

Please let me know how you fixed your issue .
