First time starting Talend Open Studio for Data Integration on Windows produces an error

Hello, I'm tryng to install Talend Open Studio for Data Integration, but some errors occurs.

Talend Open Studio for Data Integration: TOS_DI-20200219_1130-V7.3.1

Java version: jdk1.8.0_241, no jre installed

OS: Windows 10, 64 bits

Environemment variables:

-JAVA_HOME = C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_241

-Path contains C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_241

I've already spend a lot of time on the community. I've read the following topics, by I still have the errors

Hi
Don't install studio to a long path and don't contain special characters such as blank space in the path.
Add the %JAVA_HOME%\bin;%JAVA_HOME%\jre\bin to the PATH variable, and then restart the studio again.
