Unable to start Talend Studio after update and installing Data profiling

Hello,

we updated Talend Data Service platform from version R2023-03 to R2023-07 and we noticed that Profiling perspective is missing. So we tryied installing it throught Help -> Install external software -> Data Quality -> Data profiling capabilities and standard components.

After install, we are unable to start the Studio. Im sending the log in the attachament.

Could someone help us to solve this problem please ?

Regarding to the error log, the problem is that the installed data quality is not compatible with the studio version.

The Data Quality is not shipped with your Talend Studio by default. You need to install it using the Feature Manager instead of Install external software

For your case, it's recommended to :

install a new studio in a new folder , install the patch R2023-07
Install the Data Quality by Feature Manager

Hello,

thank you for answer. We dont see Data quality category in feature manager. Also all other categories say "All item are installed", but there is no Proffiling perspective in talend.
