Auto upgrade Talend Remote Engine

I would like to know whether it is possible to upgrade the Talend Remote Engines by consulting the latest Linux Remote Engine version by an API call and compare it with the current version.

Then I would like to download this new version from any kind of artifact repository and use the scripts I have to install and pair it in my TMC account.

Does anyone know if these two steps are possible in Talend Cloud?
