    <description>&lt;P&gt;You are showing a screenshot saying that it is paired.  What makes you think that it isn't? We need more information. It might be a good idea to raise this with Support where you can show someone exactly what is happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've created a Remote Engine Gen2, installed docker and run all the images. Still my remote engine gen2 is not paired. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Troubleshooting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Procedure&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Run the following command to stop the Remote Engine Gen2:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;./ remote-engine. sh stop if you are on a Unix system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Talend Cloud Management Console.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the Engines page, select your engine and click RE-PAIR on the panel that opens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Copy the new pairing key to your clipboard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Run the following command to launch the executable file with the new key and start the engine:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;./ remote-engine. sh start -r &amp;lt;region&amp;gt; -k &amp;lt;new_pair_key&amp;gt; if you are on a Unix system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;region&amp;gt; corresponds to the region of your Talend Cloud account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;new_pair_key&amp;gt; corresponds to the new Pair key you have previously copied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This may help you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rachel Gomez&lt;/P&gt;</description>
