Unable to access SFTP from TMC

Hi Team,

I'm working on a Talend job where I use the tsystem component to run SFTP get commands and download a file from a remote server. When I run the job locally in Talend Studio, it works perfectly — the file is successfully downloaded. However, after publishing the same job to Talend Cloud and triggering it via Talend Management Console (TMC), the job runs without errors, but the file is not downloaded. It seems like the tsystem SFTP command is not functioning as expected in the cloud environment. I'm looking for guidance on whether tsystem-based SFTP commands are supported in cloud-deployed jobs, and if there are best practices for handling such cases in Talend Cloud. Any insights would be appreciated.
