Qlik Talend Cloud Premium Edition

I have a single workspace and two environments (DEV & PROD).
I have created several plans in the DEV environment.
I want to migrate them to PROD.
When I am in “Promote,” I select the “Scope,” in my case “Plan,” in “Workspace,” it chooses the default one, and, in any case, there is only one, and just below that I get an error message that says “The list of available Plans is empty.”

I don't understand why, since I have 11 plans declared in DEV.

For your information, I have promoted all my artifacts from DEV to PROD.
Any ideas about this error message?

Before you begin

You must be assigned to the promotion.
Ensure that no other promotion is running at the same time on the same source and target environments.
You must have access to at least one workspace in the target environment.
Plans must be run at least once before they can be promoted.
