topic Netsuite Address High Billable Row Count in Stitch

Can I get some info as to how the Address table is being sync'd by the Netsuite tap in stitch? We get absurdly high row counts for that table, and it seems unnecessary.

Looking at the netsuite API, there is a date_last_modified property available on an address (https://www.netsuite.com/help/helpcenter/en_US/srbrowser/Browser2016_2/odbc/record/address_book.html) - it looks like stitch doesn't take that into account, so repeatedly syncs the same records over and over again needlessly?
