Data Editor Connection not Loading : 'Error: Unable to connect to Engine'

Data Load Editor - Data Connection is not coming up and keeps on rotating. On analyzing logs found an error message :#

Windows Event: (Though TLS is enabled only)

RestClient: HTTP request for url v1/connectors?xrfkey=ichBinEinBerlinR failed with error code 12175 (source: 5)

Repository Logs :

Error: Unable to connect to Engine 0 0 0 INTERNAL System 5XXXXX-685b-40fa-9cc8-9b1XXXXXX Central Repository Not available /qrs/servicestatusworker Check service status 500 Engine connection not alive, number of connection attempt(s) so far: '1' on node

While trying to modify machine.config getting MMC Snap In error and also Repository services are not getting up and running .

On reverting the changes it working absolutely back to previous state. Is there any way to modify the file ?
