&lt;P&gt;You can view old case history in Qlik Community under Support &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Case Portal &amp;gt;&amp;gt; View license and archived cases.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If any issues, please raise a case with our Customer support team who can assist further.&lt;/P&gt;
