&lt;P&gt;If you have lost the device, you can use the recovery code which was generated when setting up the MFA.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do not have a recovery code, then please reach out to our Customer Support team who can reset it for you.&lt;/P&gt;
